Deleting your Anywhere Agents account

This page applies to the accounts used by the Anywhere Agents app, for Clients who post jobs, and the AW Agent app, for Agents who provide services. Both apps are published by Everywhere Agents LLC.

How to request deletion

You can delete your account from inside either app by opening Profile and selecting Delete Account. You can also use the form above, from the email address or phone number registered to your account, and we will action the request for you.

What we delete

When your account is deleted we remove the personal information held in it. This includes:

• Your name, email address, phone number, gender, profile photo, and profile description
• Your postal address and the location stored on your profile
• Your account identifier and the push notification token for your device
• Your messages, the photographs and documents you attached to jobs, and the ratings and reviews you left
• Your saved jobs, saved Agents, and your in-app activity records
• For Agents: your Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number, your uploaded identity documents, your PayPal email address, and your skills, languages, categories, availability, and rates
• For Clients: the saved payment method identifier held against your account. Your card itself is held by Stripe, our payment processor, and is removed there as part of the same request

What we keep, and for how long

We keep records of completed transactions, including invoices and payout records, because tax, accounting, and anti-fraud law requires us to. In the United States this is generally up to seven years, after which those records are deleted. These records are kept only for that purpose and are not used to contact you or to rebuild your profile.

Where a job, payment, or account is the subject of an open dispute or an ongoing legal or fraud investigation, we keep the information needed for it until the matter is resolved, and then delete it.

How long deletion takes

We complete deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them. Deleting your account cannot be undone, and you will not be able to sign in again with the same account afterwards.
